Grinning is not something that any of the Bat family do easily. Its association with the Joker can't be ignored (however having the Joker on the show would seem very difficult right now). So what does this Grinning from Ear to Ear title tell us? A new villain will be targeting Gotham's social media elite and it may be up to Mary to offer the help Kate will need to track this murderer down. I have been very pleased with Batwoman season 1. I think it has become my favorite in Arrowverse. This episode sounds good. I hope to see Mary and Luke work more together in scenes.
It looks that Mary gets targeted again by a villain! Judging from the trailer to episode 13 Nocturna is also interested into her. Well seems like Batwoman needs to make sure that nothing is going to happen to her sister.

There is no hint of Nocturna in this description, I hope we will see her in more than one episode!
