Rejoice! It's time for some good news and with Corona Virus blanketing the news, we could all use some positivity! The CW has made some early renewals of shows! 12 to be specific. Among the shows renewed instantly for another season in 2021-2022 was our own Batwoman! Very exciting news that the show is already gifted a third season! Also among the shows renewed were The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow, with two additional episodes added to the yet to premiere, Superman and Lois for this season! It would seem The CW is quite happy with their Arrowverse in this post Arrow world. Soon we will be a post Arrow, Supergirl and Black Lightning world but knowing that this universe continues and Batwoman is among them is great!

Legends produces fewer episodes, so they may be try to reach 100, which Supergirl did in 5 seasons. Supergirl will have 126 episodes by the end of season 6. I still expect them to split up the final season and hold some episodes for the 2021-22 season. I als9 think Supergirl would have been renewed for season 7 if Benoist wanted to continue. If thirtysomething-else had gone to series, she and Chris would have had to separate for several months after the birth of superbaby, as Supergirl films in Vancouver. I am sure neither wanted separate households while Chris sought opportunities stateside. Still, it is sad as Supergirl has been my overall favorite in the Arrowverse. I like Ryan but Kate Kane us Batwoman to me and always will be. Hopefully, Kate returns as Batwoman and Ryan evolves into her own superhero. I doubt that take the cowl away from Ryan at this point, but that is my happy balance.
I am quite surprised that Legends got renewed as well!
Well, Supergirl was a path down for me for quite a while, not really care that much about the "Superman & Lois "show...so far...but I will give it a try.
Black Lightning, yeah, would have liked more seasons, but let's see how the spinoff show "Painkiller" will be.
