[small SPOILERS ahead....a spoiler function would be nice ;) ]

.....her secret identity from Sophie? The first episode and the last one (5 - Mine is a sad and long tale) had one thing in common when it comes to Sophie:

(from the BatwomanBrasil Twitter channel)

Sophie already suspected that Kate would be under Batwomans cowl.
And I think this scene made her sure about it ;)

When you watch the trailer for the next episode...

....it shows that Sophie even tells that to Batwoman.
Now I wonder: Will Batwoman deny that? Will she try to persuade/trick her that Kate and Batwoman are different people?

Because I think she definetely should try to do that by any means! Her secret identity is verrrry important and even Sophie won't do anything against her NOW....it would be a great risk!
What if Sophie would turn against Kate at some point? She could then always blackmail her with that knowledge.
And in addition, knowing this secret can be dangerous to Sophie herself. She could easily get into the crosshairs of bad guys if they would ....for example....see Batwoman close to Sophie for multiple times.

And how could she persuade her that Kate isn't the Batwoman?
In the comments of the trailer I found two ideas and there is another one:
- Some fancy Wayne tech could be used so perhaps Sophie could hear Kates voice on the radio while seeing Batwoman at the same time. Or other possibilites that tech would offer....
- She could even use the masks that Mouse uses to mimic Kate and put that person next to Batwoman (and let Sophie see this
- Or someone else could be used to dress up as Batwoman....and Kate would show herself with that one for Sophie

Of course the last two options would have to involve someone who might have to be included on Kates secret identity...that could cause some problems of its own.

What do you think? Will she try to persuade Sophie that Kate isn't Batwoman? Should she do it? Will it be successfull?

.....The reason for this is that in many of the Berlantiverse shows (possibly all), the protagonist's secret identity is usually revealed to the close inner circle very early on. See Supergirl, the Flash and Arrow for such examples. In this case, Sophie would qualify as part of the inner circle. .....

[Spoilers ahead...if you haven't seen ep6 and the trailer for ep7]

Yeah, an inner circle of informed folks would be ok for me, but now it seems that it is completely spinning out of control in this show.
Ok, after watching episode 6 and the trailer for episode 7, it seems that Kate and Luke won't try to convince Sophie somehow that Kate isn't Batwoman. (gadgets, some fancy tech etc.)
What worries me more is all the others that know her secret already.
Alice is her enemy, but as her sister she might not use the knowledge of her secret identity against her.
But Doug and Mouse know it too. And especially Mouse seems like a candidate to use that knowledge if Alice sides with her sister and not him at some point. The fact that these 3 know it...is VERY dangerous and could crush Kate's world in a heartbeat.
And after watching the trailer for ep. 7, I wonder if Alfreds daughter will know it too. I mean Batwoman speaks to her by adressing her as Alfreds daughter. I can't think of an explanation where that Julia wouldn't know that Kate is Batwoman by then. Perhaps Batwoman tells her or she somehow had figured it out.
*EDIT* After seeing a new picture it seems safe to say that she also knows Batwomans secret identity.
However I think her identity shouldn't be revealed to more people at this rate at least. If they would progress like that, half of Gotham would know it by end of season 1.
I hope that she can at least protect her secret when the crows capture her (or trying to).

To reply to the question succinctly: Probably not.

The reason for this is that in many of the Berlantiverse shows (possibly all), the protagonist's secret identity is usually revealed to the close inner circle very early on. See Supergirl, the Flash and Arrow for such examples. In this case, Sophie would qualify as part of the inner circle.

Berlanti, unlike comic book writers or storytellers (movie/TV-makers) before him, has little regard for character anonymity and it is normally dispensed with fairly on in his shows. I suspect on this show, it will more-than-likely be no different.
