Victoria Cartagena who played Renee Montoya on the FOX series Gotham has been cast in the same role for Batwoman.

Montoya was only in the first season of Gotham.The character was just dropped in the middle of the season.along with her partner Crispus Allen.
With the same actress now going to play the role on Batowman,I guess we can say the multiverse is at work.

At first, I was thinking you were wrong as she is listed in 22 episodes which would be a full season.
But on a closer look, she was listed in 15(!) of these episodes as "credit only".
So basically she was only in 7 episodes....
